The complimentary airport shuttle service was a lifesaver.

My stay at Vivien's Hotel was marred by constant noise. I struggled to sleep due to the traffic sounds from the busy road. It felt like I was on the pavement, making it impossible to rest after a long travel day.

great location, but dining could improve

The hotel is very conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our needs. The value for money was impressive, especially considering the reasonable airport shuttle service. I enjoyed the delicious food we ordered for lunch, such as beef bulalo and seafood pasta. they exceeded my expectations.

Rooms really need an update!!! Noise from the main road is frustrating, air conditioning sounds like a jet engine!!! Shower experience felt inadequate despite the hot water in the second room!!!

the noise from the street was horrendous, absolutely not for light sleepers. supprisingly, the breakfast options looked like they had been rejected from a cheap diner. i expected a welcome gift for my stay, but here i am, feeling unworthy. such a shame, I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t find it in myself.

It was just a good match for a day tour in Lapu-Lapu City with fantastic value for money. The strong shower water pressure was nice after a long travel day. Bring earplugs to cope with the noise from the street.
